Kasey Lukacs

My construction career started with a foundation in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. This has helped me along the way  understand blueprints, engineering, and design.

I became more and more interested in the hands-on part of the construction industry and traded my pencil for a trowel.

I was a foreman for large commercial companies doing everything from heavy structural block work to artistic stone and brick.

Now I enjoy running my own business, doing the same work on a smaller scale with my friend and business partner.

I still enjoy working with my hands and being skilled at a trade that stands the test of time.

I remember being 8 years old, watching a mason repair our neighbors steps. I was amazed as I watched him spread mortar and set brick into them. Then he said the words I wanted to hear “you want to try it?”

Little did I know that would set me on course that led me where I am today. When I graduated high school in 1988, I started my career in masonry first as a labor and then as an apprentice for a large commercial company. In 1992 I went to work to a friend of mine and together we built a small 4 man crew that turned into large union masonry company, building shopping plazas, restaurants, even entire schools. I was in charge of all the projects as the lead man at the company and I was involved in every part of the company day to day activities from the estimating, production, and project managing. This experience gave me the tools I needed to start my own business .

Today I enjoy using all my experience and knowledge for the benefit of Stonebridge Builders LLC where, along with my business partner, we have over 50 years of experience in the masonry field. We specialize in small commercial projects, residential projects, restoration projects, and basement foundations repairs and waterproofing. We even volunteer on non-profit projects when the opportunity presents itself.

We have the knowledge, training, experience and most important the passion to handle any project put placed before us. Masonry is unique in that it stands the test of time — let us help you make your mark that will last long after we are gone.
